Starting at $300

Turn-Key Sampling Services include on-site hemp sample collection, lab coordination, required paperwork, packaging and labeling, secure shipping, results tracking, and applicable lab fees as part of the total service cost.

Pricing may vary depending on the type of test requested.

Additional Turn-Key samples collected during the same visit are billed at a reduced rate.

📍 Hemp Sampling Service Area & Mileage Policy

Standard service coverage includes Hickory, Catawba County, Wilkes County, and surrounding North Carolina areas.

Sampling fees include travel within a 30-mile radius of Hickory, NC.

For locations beyond the 30-mile radius, mileage is billed at $0.75 per mile, round trip.

🏛️ USDA Pre-Harvest Compliance Testing

National Science Laboratories — Gastonia, NC

National Science Laboratories is part of USDA Agricultural Marketing Service and is commonly used for official USDA hemp compliance testing.

This is generally the preferred option for required pre-harvest compliance samples submitted through the Hemp Portal.

🧪 Potency Checks / Non-Compliance Testing

New Bloom Labs

New Bloom Labs is a commercial third-party laboratory option for cannabinoid profiling and internal hemp potency checks.

This is a good fit when producers want to evaluate cannabinoid levels before the official USDA pre-harvest compliance window.

🧪 Certified Hemp Testing Laboratories

Laboratories conducting official hemp THC compliance testing must meet USDA requirements. USDA has delayed enforcement of the DEA-registration requirement for hemp testing laboratories until December 31, 2026, but laboratories must still comply with all other applicable USDA hemp testing requirements.

USDA maintains an informational directory of DEA-registered hemp analytical testing laboratories. Producers should verify current lab requirements before submitting official compliance samples.

💲 Laboratory Fees

For basic sampling services, producers are responsible for laboratory testing fees, shipping, and any lab account requirements.

For Turn-Key Sampling Services, applicable lab fees are included as part of the total service cost.

Laboratory fees may vary depending on the type of test requested.
