1. ✅ USDA Pre-Harvest Compliance Sampling

Required for regulated hemp crops under the U.S. Domestic Hemp Production Program. This service follows official USDA protocols and includes:

Sampling conducted within 30 days of harvest
Chain of custody and secure documentation
Submission to a DEA-registered laboratory

2. 🔬 Potency Checks (Non-Compliance Sampling)

Designed for growers who want to monitor cannabinoid levels throughout the growth cycle. This service provides internal-use data only.

Results are not reported to the USDA
Results are not entered into the HeMP platform
Ideal for crop development monitoring, R&D, or informal testing

Initial Site Visit & First Sample

$125 flat fee — covers on-site visit and collection of the first sample.
This ensures professional service, paperwork accuracy, and timely delivery, reducing unexpected costs or delays whether you are located in Catawba County or surrounding areas.

Additional Samples (same visit)

1–5 samples → $50 each
6–10 samples → $45 each
11+ samples → $40 each

📍 Service Area & Mileage Policy

Standard coverage includes Catawba County and neighboring regions.
Sampling fees include travel within a 30-mile radius of Hickory, NC
For locations beyond this 30-mile radius, mileage is billed at $0.75 per mile, round trip.
